Plantabul Ltd. is among the leading Bulgarian companies in two branches - herbalism and walnut processing. The company owns two bases - in the town of Shumen and the village of Kaspichan, equipped with modern equipment necessary for the processing of raw materials and for achieving quality that meets European standards - a line for processing whole walnuts up to the walnut kernel, a machine for laser and sensor sorting of the walnut kernel, photo sorting machine for sorting walnut kernel by color, herb cutting line, rotary slicer, presses, dedusting machines, etc.
Plantabul Ltd. certifies the Kaspichan-Provadia plateau as an ecologically clean area without pollution and receives a certificate according to the European Union (EEC) Regulations No. 834/2007 and 889/2008 for biological collection, processing and trade of about 90 types of wild plants and nuts . The certification is carried out by "Makom Certification" Ltd., Veliko Tarnovo. The company also has HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 certificates.

The company is the largest in Bulgaria, combining all processes of collection, processing and export of herbs for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. We monitor and control the production process in detail from the collection of raw materials to the finished product.

In 2009, we started the production of herbal teas, which are divided into several main groups: Coarse-cut organic blends, Doctor's teas, etc.
In 2020, the production of walnut oil and walnut tahini began.

Our main goal is not only to provide people with quality herbs and nuts, but also to make available our knowledge and experience of their medicinal properties. By doing so, to improve their quality of life in a healthy and natural way.

In 2009 and 2017, Plantabul Ltd. won European projects financed by the Program for the Development of Rural Areas, co-financed by the European Union through the European Agricultural Fund for the Development of Rural Areas. With them, the company buys new machines, renovates buildings, builds its own photovoltaic plant.

Plantabul Ltd. conducts active activities to popularize its products - participation in international conferences and meetings and in world specialized exhibitions (BioFach, ANUGA, SIAL).
